The Show Must Go On

And here we go, the theatre industry is slowly beginning to reopen, and I've taken this opportunity to see a few shows over the past few weeks:

The Show Must Go On - Palace Theatre

Reasons You Should(n't) Love Me - Kiln Theatre

Out West - Lyric Hammersmith

Les Miserables Concert - Sondheim Theatre

Seven Methods of Killing Kylie Jenner - Royal Court

The Invisible Hand - Kiln Theatre

...And Breathe - Almeida Theatre

It's been really interesting to see each venue's take on the Covid restrictions; whilst they're all very similar, there's occasionally the odd difference in the way the venue has adapted to the rules.

However, I can not wait to be amongst an audience where every seat is occupied (even if it probably does involve wearing a mask for two hours) - roll on the full houses please!

Until those days, our Theatre Workers need your help now more than ever; please visit theatresupportfund.co.uk to make a donation.
